“We’re really happy with the amount of employees that we have who’ve gone through training,” says Cheryl Hoffman, project manager at Hensel Phelps Construction Co. “Whether it’s LEED Green Associate, getting their LEED AP — and for me, automatically, whether it’s a LEED Green Associate or a LEED AP with designation — I know they’ve put the work in, they’ve put the education in, they’ve put the commitment in.”
